How can I make my images into themes for Xfce?

At least six years ago, I was able to create themes for a Sony phone interface using a Windows program, and after searching the internet and the software servers, I've seen nothing of the sort for Xfce Linux (Linux Mint, It's killing me not having a means to make my own themes out of image..

Hello, Finally took the plunge due to WIN XP expiration date. Making progress with Mint 32 bit but cannot import pics. I attach download cable, tick gthumb import tool, up comes thumbnails of pics, click to highlight on the one I want to import and either nothing happens or another small window open..

Linux doesn't load css and images

Hi,
I have problem with my Linux + Android and web browsering. It's not loading CSS and images on some pages (youtube, fb, stackoverflow, ...). Some pages not loading at all.
It's not problem of internet browser, I tried more of them. It's happen only on few routers (my TP-Link too)..

Wget command download FTP files but some images are 0 kb

when i use[B] wget[/B] download all the files from server A(file directory is /file A...not compress those files) to another server B.
